Who does or does not get diplomatic protection is ultimately decided by the Home Secretary (via some quango) not the Courts. Whoever controls the Politicians (a blackmailed Battenburg) controls that narrative!

Wow, someone is paying attention to what I say! However, I'm not sure she will go against the wishes of the so called King! (Unless he's on his way out)
