Attacked In Own House

For playing music again. The same (slightly undisciplined) special forces soldier as before. Not the (undercover policeman) normal (spying resident) that frequents the downstairs flat.

Anyway he was insulting my intelligence saying he lives there when I know everyone who come and goes here (and it ain't him) kept threatening me if I didn't agree to stop playing music altogether. No I can't make that commitment, it's afternoon, it's not loud and I am a prisoner in solitary confinement who ain't going to sit in silence.

He kept going on and on so I repeatedly asked him what he's going to do about it? Nothing, just kept going on saying he on night shift and needs to sleep during the day. Stop insulting my intelligence I said the only person that goes in their has a beard (and hair) I said. Eventually I got fed up and started goading him, what's wrong your sergeant major denied you permission to attack me. Then he totally lost it and attacked me (giving me my right to self defense). He never stood a chance. I had a metal bar but refrained from using it unless i had to but after a scuffle, I had him pinned against the wall and he said, no joke "I'll fucking shoot you". Then he tried to grab my iron bar and I said don't be silly, I will use it. Anyway I physically threw him out of my house and he was still going on about the music.

Of course it has nothing to do with music, it is just intimidation and harassment by the increasingly desperate blackmailers.

I have proved the one thing that I already suspected, special forces training (a sergeant major who means you no real harm shouting at you) is no substitute for real life combat experience from people who really do mean you harm!

If I had a phone (that worked) I would report the incident to the Police but you know the Police are as bent as the people who sent him to my door!

I appear to have a bad gash on one of my fingers, that's bleeding quite bad. ...and my spectacles are missing. You don't notice at the time, just afterwards.

Found my spectacles and my finger has stopped bleeding. I think I hit the door lock during the initial attack (or he's got a sharp head).

My advice to anyone (including SF's) do Not start a fight and do Not let someone goad you into starting one. Punches are easily blocked leaving you wide open to a counter attack. There is only one way to successfully instigate (start) a fight but I ain't saying and it needs the element of surprise anyway, which takes me back to my original statement. Do not be goaded, be a better goader!

That so called special soldier allowed himself to be provoked so I could teach him a lesson!

Don't get me wrong learning self defence ain't easy, you have to do it the hard way (not through training). When I was young I was put in hospital several times during my learning curve by people paid for by my so called father (and brother). Once so bad I couldn't be recognised, but you do learn you have to. It's like learning to ride a bike you will fall off and hurt yourself but once learned, never forgotten as I proved again today!

...of course it is not the first time I've been attacked inside my own house. In 2013 when in Blackburn Lancs., two social workers turned up at my door saying they want to speak to my partner. I told them I was busy and they should make an appointment to see her in the normal fashion. No we need to see her now, they said. I said no and as I went to close the door their accompanying policeman charged through (without a warrant) ,pinned me against the wall and tried to twist my arm up my back. Acting instinctively and in self defence I was soon out of my arm lock. However because he was a policeman (with lots of mates) I offered myself up for arrest, which he did (brutally) because I had humiliated him in front of young female social workers. Anyway they tried to force me to plead guilty to breech of the peace. (while minding my own). As I have already explained elsewhere, I refused and they released me without charge.

I have since learned that, that action (forced entry without a warrant) in England requires authorisation from the home Sec. who at that time was none other than Theresa May!

I do admit, that SF's soldier does have more experience with guns than me but can he really go about shooting citizens for playing music? Starting to realise (for real) how Palestinians must feel!

I have to also say, (without sounding too boastful) I have some amount of upper body strength, he was half my age, all muscle bound and (presumably) weighs more than me but I was throwing him around as if he were a rag doll. Being forced to carry 40 kilos or more on my back (rucksack) does have it's benefits, when normal people go from supermarket trolley to boot of car, then to kitchen

So an update on that fight and my injured finger. Its the upper (fist) part of my left index finger that has the gash. This morning I can hardly move it, I don't think anything is broken, 'staved' I think is the correct medical term. The injury must have occurred as a result of my counter punch.

When he came to the door (third time) I knew he was special forces by his build and his previous demeanor. They are not going to send a numpty to my door after taking out two policemen, one an undercover one who was intimidating me which led to the court case, the bent lawyer and corruption within the law society that Swine(ee) was supposed to be helping me with and the uniformed policeman mentioned above.

Anyway I had an iron bar as a deterrent to this SF's soldier attacking me but it didn't work as he attacked me anyway and the bar became more of a hindrance and a danger (if he got a hold of it) as I had no intention of using it except as a last resort. Anyway he threw his first punch with his left hand as he must have figured at best he would get through my defences or at worst I would need to use the iron bar arm to block it, which I instinctively did but as mentioned above that left him wide open to a counter punch which I (also instinctively) delivered with a Prescott styled left jab through the middle which caused the injury to my finger. (I'm guessing I hit some teeth) He was stunned and my superior strength soon had him pinned against the wall in my hallway. My left forearm pressed against his chest and the iron bar in my right, which was becoming a hindrance as my strongest arm that can and does deliver a knockout blow was otherwise engaged defending this iron bar. He couldn't move and if he tried I was applying crushing pressure to his chest but his left arm was free and trying to grab the bar, forcing me to tell him not to be silly as the only thing between this bar and your head is fresh air! I did contemplate throwing it away but it wouldn't have went far and I couldn't risk him getting his hands on it. luckily he saw the futility of his situation and agreed to vacate my premises. I am not so naive though to take him at his word and frogmarched him out the door!

No intimidatory visit (yet) from the housing official (like the last time) or letters threatening court action for playing music at a reasonable volume in the afternoon! If an official comes near me, I WILL be making an official complaint about being attacked and assaulted in my own home by someone who claims to be the tenant of the flat below!

If they take me to court over playing music in the afternoon, I WILL get them to swear under oath that my liberty is not curtailed by the (blackmailed) British State!

Should I elaborate further? OK since I can't play (much) music for now and I'm bored.

Telling someone how to fight (training) soldiers, police, marshal arts etc. Gives you basic skills that someone without any training does not have, giving you a distinct advantage over the average person on the street.

Being thrown to the lions (me), where you just find yourself in unprovoked hostile situations, where you either learn how to fight or you succumb to grievous injuries. It doesn't happen very often but it happened to me and after some initial beatings, I kept learning from my experiences until the beatings were not so bad (no hospitalisation) but still could not win. Then further learning (from my mistakes) started winning fights. That caused the effect of only the toughest opponents willing to take me on (presumably for even more money), honing my skills further, until now taking on an (unarmed) special forces soldier seems like a walk in the park. That's because he's been told what he should do, I (instinctively) know what to do.

I could teach someone by pretending to punch them, noticing how they react, them telling them how they should react. That (training) would give them an advantage against Mr Average but not someone like me.

I was attacked (without provocation) in a pub in Perth by three large blokes, two went to hospital and the third went to jail for jumping the bar and taking the barmaid hostage. Come near me and she gets it the coward said!
