This I (only) support the left and I only support the right crap is the cause of so many problems. It's like putting on a political straitjacket, restricting you to one set of policies.
Like I've said so many times if you only support the left wing (Rayner Corbyn), you will fly round in counter clockwise circles and get nowhere, if you only support the right wing (Farage) you will fly in clockwise circles and get nowhere. If you only support middle of the road policies you will get run over by a truck. A shrewd politician (with a conscience) will be of the left but will cherry pick (the best) policies from the center and the right!
Starmer may or may not be as inept as he appears as he is being forced by a blackmailed Monarchy (and Tony Bliar) to enact Pro Israeli policies that run counter to this country's best interests (Treason really). That is why when the Battenburgs have to go (hopefully sooner rather than later), he has to go as well!
