Is that Rhyming slang? (sounds painful). No it doesn't need to be in Judea or Samaria as there is no such place, except in the fantasies of right wing fanatics like Snotterich and Giver., it needs to be in what's internationally recognised to be the West Bank (of the river Jordan) and the Gaza strip.

I am all for re-locating the Gaza strip to another part of Israel that adjoins the West bank or Lebanon (as a swap), especially as the strip is now trashed by Israel. however that would need to be agreed by both parties, which seems unlikely.
