Never had Trump down as a Hawkwinf fan, ultrasonic sound, that is sound above our hearing (>20kz) may annoy your dog but can NOT harm humans. valve tubes have been able to reproduce ultrasonic (known as radio frequencies or RF) up to 50MZ since the 1930's with no harm caused to people, those same valve tubes are also good at reproducing audio frequencies that you can hear (I use them myself).
