The weirdo has young men dressed in tartan skirts for his entertainment!
Contrary to popular belief, scotsmen do NOT go around in kilts. I have seen more men in kilts during visits to England than I've seen in a lifetime living in Scotland. Only at weddings and the like, do you see them. Oh yes and the occasional cross dressing German blackmailed Monarch!
