You can't get Israel to investigate their own alleged war crimes? It HAS to be done through International bodies like the UN and the ICC or the whole world will lose faith in International Justice and start asking themselves, if they can get away with it, why can't we?
It's like when I wrote to my MP (Jack Straw) when I lived in Blackburn saying that I was being intimidated by the Police. he wrote back (on pink paper) saying he's written to the chief constable and asked him to investigate. Then two plain clothed Police officers (with Police ID cards) came to my house saying they were investigating the complaint I made against them. However all they did was further intimidate me in my own home by reading private documents and peeking in bedrooms, they had no business being in. like it was I who was suspected of a crime, not them.
In this Country the police investigate complaints about themselves, which is almost as wrong (and bazaar) as Israel investigating their own war crime allegations.
