Syria needs money to build it's air defences to counter these unlawful and aggressive air attacks by the Zionist state. Wealthy Sunni Arab States across the water from Iran have that money!
Indeed, why not invite Syria to join the newly formed MECCA defence pact. that would make Israel think twice about unprovoked attacks against Syria.
