...and for the third day in a row since going to Morrisons on Tuesday morning. Everything from cakes, chicken burgers and Ribena poisoned but yesterday on the way back from JC I went into garage that I don't normally visit (although I have done occasionally) and got (amongst other items) a tin of Ambrosia custard. I thought this was such a random purchase that I never even taste tested it. Big mistake, apart from the time in Ireland probably the most potent and dangerous poison I have ever been (deliberately) subjected to. Painkillers, which the woman in the garage tried to dissuade me from buying saying they are too dear and I should get them elsewhere never helped much. The severe symptoms lasted from 6;PM, half hour after consumption until 5;AM the following day. I am stil 'sore' and who knows what (if any) long term damage has been done! Now of course I am paranoid about what food I eat and what (expensive food) goes in the bin.
The previous two day's poisonings were relatively mild in comparison(two painkillers cures sore stomach) because I tend to test stuff before deeming it safe (or not) but complacency, like with the custard catches you out now and again. I should have had a spoonful and put it in the fridge until I know it was safe...or not. Of course as an innocent victim of this corrupt and blackmailed so called State, with no criminal convictions, I shouldn't have to!
