If you ask me, this blackmail enactment is due to Trump's refusal to back Israel's insistence that they have the right to de-stabalise Syria from the south up!

Israel should be careful what they wish for! They overthrew Assad, now they have a Turkish backed Sunni regime to deal with. Turkey has a border with Syria and can easily supply Syria with all they need Turkey is not only a friend of Washington but a NATO member. The blackmailing cowards in Tel-Aviv won't be bombing Istanbul any time soon!
