I said in January 2004 that (then) Jewish defence Secretary Grant Shapps was deliberately running down our Navy so we wouldn't be a threat to Israel in a future (Battenberg free) time.

Back then, I should add, I thought the Monarchy was only blackmailed, not part Jewish as I thought that German Albert guy was BattenbUrg, not BattenbErg, which is a Jewish name!

If we were unable to negotiate a deal with Russia over Kaliningrad, the marines would be vital (with European forces) in Nutralising that imminent threat by 'other' means and fine Shapps knew that!
