I would say both! There is no other way of describing Israel's treatment of Palestinian civilians, just to give them a better hand at the negotiating table.

This is not electricity for Hamas to power the tools needed to turn all Israel's unexploded bombs into, well exploded bombs., no this is to feed a desalination plant that converts seawater into safe drinking water for civilians including and especially children. Imagine if the shoe was on the other foot and Israel was being starved of the basic necessities to survive? The whole world would be called Anti-Semitic!!!!

If the UN was working properly Israel WOULD be feeling the pain of sanctions by now!!!

When I was enforceably made homeless and in Perth, there was no water source near my forest, only one half way down the hill to Tescos where I would otherwise buy bottled water. To avoid this I would take empty bottles to the spring and fill them up, it is water that runs off a mountain and is channeled into a pie and pours out into a concrete basin. It has been there ever since I was a child and provides drinkable water all year except high summer when it dries up.

Once they noticed me using it, they went up into the hill and vandalised it removing the pipes that collect it, meaning no longer a concentrated flow but several smaller flows making it impossible to fill my bottles.

My point is, these Pro Israeli blackmailers (running my Country) are essentially the same people that are cutting the supply to that desalination plant. The same evil minds with the same evil intent!
