The UN officially declared this week that what Israel is doing in Gaza constitutes Genocide. So why this long winded sentence designed to avoid the 'G' word Mr Geddon? Frightened you may offend your friends?

'man made' suggests somehow the whole human race is responsible for the Gaza famine. No Israel alone is responsible, the rest of the human race are (shamefully) guilty of failing to prevent it!
Also 'humanitarian crisis' is softer than 'famine' (also declared by the UN), StarmaGeddon is choosing his words and phrases carefully!
Climate change is 'man made', the Genocide in Palestine is Israeli made! Do NOT burden us with that guilt!
