There ain't much coverage of it on mainstream media but the due date is the 7th may, the same day as English local elections. however it's been reported today that John Swine(ee) is skipping tomorrow's leaders debate, with a lame excuse about no female leaders. surely that's an issue for leadership elections, not leadership debate! The voters don't only need to know about policies, they also need to know who they are electing as FM and as (Swine(ee)) hasn't been elected in National poll before, I think he has a cheek skipping the debate.

Of course, I am wondering why he is skipping and if it's anything to do with him fitting me up or gaining power through blackmail coercion?

Back in 2020 the Tories amended the Scottish election act to increase the duration between elections from 4 to 5 years, effectively giving them an extra year (should they lose). What also interests me is that they added a clause where the election can be extended by a further month.

However with further scrutiny it seems they can't just say damn, looks like we're going to lose, lets extend it by another month, no, there needs to be what's called an extra ordinary reason and the example given is if the fm (Swine(ee)) resigns or is forced out in a vote of no confidence, the extra month can be allowed to elect a new (male or female) leader!

At the moment, it is all supposition but Swine(ee) swerving the leaders debate has certainly made me suspicious.

The SNP hierarchy MUST go to jail! Salmond is dead and will never face Justice, Sturgeon is naive and easily led (IMO) and although (also in my opinion) she is not a blackmailer (just a red jacket wearer), she is still culpable as she knew she was gaining power through others blackmail but Swine(ee) is the real baddie who did the filthy blackmail deal with my so called Father when he was SNP leader in the early 2000's after I went to him for help with the (corrupt) Law Society!

As my father (and the Battenbergs) were behind what was happening with the law Society, he (my Father) wasn't going to let Swine(ee) investigate the Law Society on my behalf, (hence the dirty deal).

My Fathers problem was that he had blackmail control over the Battenbergs and the Battenbergs had control over Westminster politicians but NOT the SNP, so I inadvertently backed my so called Father into a corner forcing him into doing a deal with the SNP, which involved fitting me up (once they got into power), not only that,the SNP were the Battenberg's worst nightmare (Independence referendum) and it's all my fault...apparently....

Why should he escape justice just because he blackmailed his way into FM position?

Back then (early 2000's) I didn't even know my so called Father was blackmailing the Battenbergs, I just knew he had unnatural power and he wasn't to be messed with.

When I wrote to the Law Society complaints about that Lawyer who deliberately never called witnesses and acted more like a prosecution Lawyer than defence lawyer forcing me to sack him mid 'fitmeup' trial for allegedly assaulting (what I now believe) was an undercover policeman who was deliberately harassing me, she (Law Society woman) wrote back and said, this is the most straight forward case of a Lawyer not preparing for a case that she'd ever come acroos. Then (no joke) she wrote and said she was taking early retirement and someone else would take over, then it went downhill, I lost the case and the appeal, then I went to my MSP who was Swine(ee), said he would investigate. Then I could not get in touch with him and the rest as they say is (really bad) history.

Just for the record after sacking the Lawyer, I did my own defence and contrary to what you see on TV, I ran rings round the prosecutor, OK, I did have righteousness on my side, however I had the courthouse (and even the Judge) in stitches as I countered all her arguments and made a fool of her. alas there was a perjurer (independent witness) who said she saw me starting the fight and the Judge had to convict but thanks to my arguments he (judge) agreed that the so called victim got what he deserved and let me off with a small fine!

I now know for a fact that the area (outside my flat) that the perjurer (falsely) said she saw me starting a fight was under surveillance by the British State trying to fit me up for other more serious crimes on behalf of my Father AKA what the SNP did as part of the deal.

`You have to assume that the (real) powers that be knew I was fitted up in court due to the (lack of) surveillance evidence as that undercover policeman was trying to provoke me into assaulting him (a crime) under surveillance to get the powers cancelled (they never got cancelled) as the incident happened inside the close with no witnesses!

What a corrupt Country this is!
