The American can be devious and nasty, they are obviously threatening not to protect S. Korea from N.Korea if they don't join the fight against Iran.
North Korea is not South Korea's enemy, the US is, they are aggressive heavily armed occupiers, while North Korea are South Korea's brothers and sisters, they are the same people torn apart by an aggressive occupation minded foreign power! If the Yanks withdraw, the South Koreans should rejoice and go and re-unite with their brothers & sisters, sons & daughters in the north!
The North Koreans weren't fighting South Koreans during that 1950's war, they were fighting US (and UK) invaders.
