So first a woman doing a survey on behalf of the housing association, I refused her entry but answered her silly questions. Then a man and a woman with some kind of ID tags (who knows for what?) Asking to see my bathroom on behalf of the housing association. I have had NO correspondence from the association about this matter but let them look at my bog anyway as there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.
Then she said we need to come into your flat next week to change your electricity switch as the supply comes into my flat first before being distributed to the other flats. As someone with electrical qualifications and knowledge, I immediately knew she was talking crap as I am the upstairs flat and the supply would need to come in via the roof if that were true. it doesn't, it comes in from under ground to the flat below before heading up here. So I told her she's talking crap and I've had no official correspondence about this so she started getting lippy asking my name etc. So I said ask the housing association, no in fact
