People (in authority) being kind to me, the first question I ask myself is why or why now?
I got two letters today, expecting the normal financial or TV license threats, I opened them. The first was from my bank (RBS) saying that after decades of their most basic account, as of mid June they will be upgrading my account so I can have overdrafts (like Rayner) and other stuff. I never even asked.
The other was from my electricity supplier saying (again) as of mid June they will be reducing my DD's from £50/month to £30/month because Rachael from accounts (or is she?) was kind enough to give me a winter fuel payment.
