Potentially Libelous Comments

I am not going to comment on whether it's right or wrong to ban Israeli football supporters from a football match as that is primarily a security decision that's best left to Professionals like the police and the authorities, although it does have political overtones. eg, how come the Prime Minister and the home office were kept out of the loop over such a politically motivated security situation. Starmer is acting like he's outraged because he was never consulted?

Oh yes and Ed Davy (Lib Dem Leader) and I quote, actually it's a paraphrase as I was quite angry when I heard the actual quote on the BBC.. "How can you combat anti-semitism when the victims of anti-semitism (football fans) are excluded from going to a match?" In saying that, he is directly accusing our police chiefs and relevant authorities of being anti-semitic by basing their decision on religious prejudices and NOT security concerns regarding Israel's alleged genocide of Palestinian civilians. That is surely libelous!

If Davy is saying that football fans are 'victims of anti-semitism' (that is a quote) by being denied the opportunity to go to the match (for security reasons), then by definition he's saying the authorities that made that decision are anti-semitic. I hope he (Davy) has a good Lawyer!

I also noticed that this story disappeared from the headlines as soon as I gave a 'considered' response to it, before the Andrew Battenburg story broke. Like I keep saying, this Country (and the world) have me and me alone to thank for bringing these filthy, perverted and most of all blackmailed Battenburgs down!
