That the strait of Hormuz was fully open and toll free before his (blackmailed by Israel) administration decided to unlawfully bomb the crap out of Iran and murder it's leaders back in February and although I don't agree with their plan to charge a toll, they (Iran) obviously feel the need to recoup some of the financial damage your (and Israel's) bombs have caused!
