Seems to me that this NATO style one for all, all for one defence pact between Turkey, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia is an insurance policy against Iran attacking Saudi energy facilities in retaliation once the (blackmailed by Israel) US bombs Iran (and the world's) energy supplies and infrastructure!

Remember Trump only called off his reported bombing raids against Iran's energy infrastructure because Saudi Arabia was worried about being hit in retaliation.
