No one gives money for no return! be it fat cats, other States or powerful Unions.
The solution is surprisingly simple, outlaw the above so that ONLY the British State can fund politicians and Political Parties. That way Politicians can ONLY show allegiance to the State that they serve, not some foreign (or British) fat cat with a vested interest.
The only difficult part is working out who gets how much!
