Who's the Biggest Threat

Are Lebanon's lightly armed paramilitary resistance forces a bigger threat to modern day settlers in Northern Israel than heavily armed (by the US) Israel is to the long term indigenous civilians of Southern Lebanon (and elsewhere in Lebanon)???

The statistics (Lebanese civilian deaths vs Israeli civilian deaths) tell a very different story!
