Who gets tried for war crimes, depending on who there friends are and how powerful they are!
I guess we may never know if the Houthis have committed war crimes as America have sanctioned the ICC and it's members so they can't investigate them (US) or Israel!
If Countries like the US and Israel 'appear' to get away with committing these crimes, then other States and groups say Oh well if they can do it, so can we. A slippery slope that can only lead to the breakdown of International law and order!
